1. Who we are

Active Citizenship (activecitizenship.dk) is operated by Brands That Impact, CVR 42007072, Copenhagen, Denmark (“we”). Contact: hello@activecitizenship.dk.

2. What you buy

A personal, non-transferable licence to use the study material on this site for the period you choose (3 or 12 months) from the time of payment. It is a one-off payment; nothing renews automatically. Access is for one person; sharing login links is not permitted.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in Danish kroner and include 25 % Danish VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. You receive a receipt by email.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to delivery starting at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. If you have not used the content and contact us within 14 days, we will refund you anyway.

5. Independence and accuracy

Active Citizenship is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with SIRI, the Ministry of Immigration and Integration, or any prøveafholder. The Danish texts are reproduced from the publicly available official learning material; past exam questions and answer keys are those published by SIRI. English translations, notes, frequency markers and quizzes are our own work. We take great care, but we cannot guarantee that the material is free of errors or that it reflects the latest edition at every moment, and we make no promise about your exam result. Always check the official sources linked in the footer.

6. Acceptable use

You may read, print and copy the workbook for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute or publish our translations and quizzes, or use automated tools to copy the site.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the site to be available at all times but may take it down briefly for maintenance. We may improve or correct content at any time. If we discontinue the service during your access period, we refund the unused part.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Danish law.

9. Complaints and law

Write to hello@activecitizenship.dk first — we solve most things quickly. You can also complain to Nævnenes Hus / Center for Klageløsning (naevneneshus.dk) or use the EU ODR platform. Danish law applies.
